Outage Management

 

 

 

Historical consumer outage hour reports provide an excellent way of tracking service reliability. The Public Service Commission (PSC) will often use historical consumer outage records during territorial disputes between utilities to determine which utility will get to service the territory.  Not having consumer outage records would not be viewed favorably by the PSC.
